Meet pam

Pam was able to quit her full time engineering job in 2 years through multifamily investing. She believes in living life through your own design and wants to share what she has learned along the way with those seeking to enter the industry. 

Pam has a background in Aerospace Engineering. After learning about multifamily investing and realizing the long hours and cubical life was not for her long term, Pam knew it was time to PIVOT, and started her company TPK Properties LLC. After 2 short years, Pam was able to FULLY RETIRE from her engineering career and become a full-time investor, and is now able to live off of the passive income earned from her properties.  Over the past 10 years, TPK Properties has TRIPLED it's portfolio size.


In 2020, Pam founded The C.R.E.A.T.E. (Commercial Real Estate Association for Training and Education) Wealth Network which has the mission charter of providing HIGH QUALITY commercial real estate education for all with an emphasis of uplifting women leaders in the industry. She also has a YouTube channel called "Create Wealth NOW" and a podcast called "Multi-Family Mondays®" with the intent of educating and inspiring commercial real estate investors of all skill levels. Pam now wants to take her knowledge and experiences and share them with beginner investors and help pave their way to success.
