INTRODUCTION and mission
Welcome to the community! This blog space is a way for us to connect with our Readers. Think of this as an ongoing conversation where we will continue to share updates about commercial real estate investing, trends, news, and more.
This is my first official post and I want to thank you for stopping by. I founded The C.R.E.A.T.E. Wealth Network with the mission charter of providing high quality commercial real estate investing education for all with an emphasis on uplifting other women leaders in the industry.
C.R.E.A.T.E. stands for Commercial Real Estate Association for Training and Education.
VISION AND GOALS
My vision is for this website to be the #1 FREE educational resource website for all commercial real estate investors.
Here are 4 goals I have for our lovely community:
Helping you get closer to FINANCIAL FREEDOM, in whatever path your charter. Everyone's journey will be different!
No advertisements, no membership fees, nada, zip, zilch. I'm tired of seeing expensive workshops and "exclusive" membership fees etc all around!
Compassion and positivity only please! There is a lot of negativity in our world already, we don't need anymore of that so we are aiming to provide a safe space for you through providing an empowering commercial real estate community with access to training, education, and networking. More on networking in the next bullet point!
Providing a networking forum - making deals, connecting, making lifelong friendships, referrals, and finding experts!
To further spread the mission of providing CRE (Commercial Real Estate) education we recently launched our Multi-Family Mondays® series for those looking to break into the world of apartment investing. In addition, we have recorded webinars led by different Experts speaking to our investor group HERE.
We also recently launched our Woman to Wo(Man) Wednesdays segment with the intention on providing insights and inspiration for our emerging leaders in the CRE industry and in industries beyond. In the segment, I interview industry leaders, sharing their stories with the goal of inspiring others to continue or start their journey towards creating a career with happiness and wealth.

I have my Bachelor's and Master's in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering and spent a good decade in this industry before leaving it. I truly miss the technical work at Skunkworks at Lockheed Martin, Boeing, GKN Aerospace, and Goodrich (UTC Aerospace/Collins/Raytheon - they got bought out so many times!), but I could not stand the idea of sitting in a cubicle and working hard for someone else and not having the work-life balance that I desired.
As I climbed up the ladder, the pay was never equivalent to the extra hours of work I put in. I found my 8 hour days started to become 14 hour days. I wanted to have a family and call the shots on my own schedule so that I can be there see my children's first steps, first words, first developmental milestones etc. I recall sitting at my cubicle daydreaming of traveling to exotic places and wondering how to work differently to accelerate my retirement fund. That was when I realized, I needed to do something drastically different about my life.
I enjoy reading and used to peruse Border's (when it was in business) and Barnes and Nobles every chance I had. I stumbled upon "Commercial Real Estate for Dummies" in it's bright yellow cover while leisurely examining the financial/investment/retirement section. I was MIND BLOWN.
The idea of generating passive income, retiring early, having my hard earned money work harder and smarter just really resonated. What sealed the deal was reading about the authors, Peter Conti and Peter Harris, and relating completely to Peter Harris's writing style. He too, was a former engineer!

I decided right then and there that I was going to track him down and get him to be my mentor and sure enough the stars aligned. Peter was instrumental in my first 6 unit property that I still hold in San Diego to serve as an emotional reminder that financial freedom truly is possible through apartment investing.
I syndicated with my engineering colleagues, friends, and family. Syndicating in a nutshell is the joining of financial forces to buy a property that one wouldn't be able to purchase on their own dime, but then again, why would you want to buy property all on your own? It's best to work with OPM (other people's money). It allows you to enter larger deals than if you only brought in your own money, while earning a return for both you and your investors - a win-win for everyone. This is an example of teamwork putting you farther ahead!

Speaking of teamwork, a special BIG thank you goes out to my awesome husband for supporting me every step of the way and to all my friends and family who've been there from the beginning. I'm so excited to be seeing this passion project come to fruition!
I was able to quit my engineering job in 2 years and was able to fully live off of passive income. Fast forward 9 years since my first deal, I've closed on multiple deals across 4 states and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
I want to help you get there too and share my journey with you. I love investing in apartments and have a goal to acquire 100+ units through my next syndication. It makes me happy to see my investors realize their gains and to have joyful tenants living in our properties.
Together we can change the world with compassion incorporated into our business model.

I believe in giving back in many forms, whether it's through donations or volunteering my time. Creating an empowered commercial real estate investing community is more than just about investing — it’s about inspiring change through education and action.
To date, our community has donated time and money to some incredible organizations such as Feeding America. We are dedicated to creating positive change however and whenever we can. Thank you to our dear guests/readers who continue to collaborate with us!
I currently serve as the Global Board Director for CREW Network. Come join any of our networking events to meet other like-minded individuals. We focus on advancing women globally in the CRE industry and also focus on student outreach with our local universities.
Also, as an Enrolled Agent, I volunteer with VITA to help seniors in my community file their income tax returns for free. What will you do with your extra free time when you achieve your financial goals?
When not working on my apartment investing business, I enjoy spending family time with my husband and active 5 and 2 year old sons and volunteering in my community. As a family, we love traveling the globe (when it's safe to do so!), playing outdoors, and going to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park.
In my spare time, I love reading, practicing yoga, watching movies, playing Thai music with my dad, cooking new recipes, and trying different restaurants.
IN SUMMARY
Everyone will have a different way of achieving their financial goals. I am passionate about inspiring you to achieve your financial freedom goals, becoming job optional, and early retirement goals! I'm here to give back and to help you! Think of all the things you'll have more time for when you're living off of passive income.
